Project Analyst

Role Overview:

• Play a key role in managing the financial performance and profitability of clinical research projects.
• Work closely with project management teams to monitor budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze costs.

Accountabilities:

• Record completed project activities, units, and financial values monthly; develop revenue forecasts.
• Analyze actual vs. budgeted hours, costs, and resource utilization; support invoicing, cash flow, and audits.
• Prepare client financial reports, manage change orders, and apply revenue recognition principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
