Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Authenticx, you will be a critical technical and strategic partner to our sales and product teams, ensuring prospects and customers understand the power and value of our platform. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and customer-centric problem-solving. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, craft compelling demonstrations, and design technical solutions that drive business impact. You will also play a key role in improving Authenticx’s overall solution by capturing technical requirements from the market and providing insights to our Product team for continued evolution and enhancement of the platform.
