Software Engineer-III

Technical Leadership:

• Lead technical design and implementation of backend services across inventory, order routing, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, returns, and client integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical plans aligned with platform architecture and scalability goals.
• Provide technical guidance through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring.

Engineering Practices:

• Build and maintain reliable backend systems using modern practices including APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities within workflows, integrating forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation features.
• Improve engineering quality through testing, observability, documentation, reliability, and technical debt management.

Collaboration and Ownership:

• Collaborate with engineering leaders, product teams, and operational stakeholders to build scalable solutions for complex ecommerce and fulfillment workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to communicate trade-offs, risks, and technical decisions.
• Balance hands-on engineering contributions with technical leadership responsibilities.
