You will lead the Origination & New Products squad through ambiguous, no-precedent build work.
You will stay hands-on, designing, building, and reviewing the hardest parts of the new-product build sequence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive technical direction on deep integrations with other internal services.
Break company targets into sequenced, deliverable plans without needing to be told how.
Mentor engineers in the squad and raise engineering standards while staying on the individual-contributor track.

Requirements:

Proven technical leadership at Staff or Senior Staff level with evidence of leading complex initiatives to business impact.
Comfort operating without a spec, able to shape broad opportunities into buildable plans.
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable being the technical voice in front of commercial stakeholders.
