Head Of Human Resources

Behavox is looking for a hands-on Head of Human Resources to continue to build and lead our People team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a business-oriented and high-performing People team and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Head of HR, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and play a critical role in shaping our company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations. You will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and retaining top talent; fostering employee performance and development; designing, implementing, and optimizing HR systems, data management and processes; and ensuring compliance with multi-national labor laws. You will work closely with the Leadership Team on People initiatives that align with our business goals and build a scalable HR infrastructure to support continued growth and expansion.
