Financial Reporting & Tax Director (LATAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of statutory financials across LATAM and international jurisdictions under local accounting standards.
• Oversee tax filings, transfer pricing compliance, and global tax optimization strategies.
• Lead financial due diligence for new country entries and partner with teams to determine optimal entity structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required with CPA strongly preferred and 10+ years of experience in accounting and tax.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, exposure to IFRS, and proven experience in global finance operations and equity administration.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a strategic mindset and fluency in business Spanish preferred.

Reporting & Values:
