Job Description
We’re looking for a UX Designer who will work collaboratively with strategists, developers, project managers, and clients to turn bold ideas into meaningful digital experiences. Lead the design of high-quality, user-centered solutions for client projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Take responsibility for end-to-end design deliverables, including research, wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, and final artifacts. Communicate and present user experience research, strategy, and solutions effectively to clients, gathering feedback and iterating as needed. Work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure cohesive and functional design implementations. Ensure all user experience outputs adhere to the agency's standards, including accessibility and usability guidelines.
