This isn't a traditional designer role—you'll be the primary product owner responsible for end-to-end product development, from strategic vision to implementation. You'll work directly with engineering to build products that fundamentally change how children with learning differences receive care, while navigating the complex needs of students, parents, educators, and clinicians.

As a UX Designer at DoiT, you will have key decision making responsibilities and be given the autonomy to ensure the DoiT Console is built upon user-centered best practices. This role is ideal for someone who has experience of taking a customer-centric view to design problems and has a proven track-record of delivering high-quality UX work in a fast-paced and open environment.

Seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a strong focus on delivering outcome-driven design solutions to join the Product Design function. In this role you will be a key player within a team of 4 product designers, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices. This role enables designers to focus on crafting thoughtful, user-centered experiences by ensuring the operational side of design runs smoothly. It is a highly collaborative role partnering with Product Design, Marketing Design, and Research across Jane and shapes how Design Ops shows up at Jane from the ground up.
