Job Description
The Digital Technology Experience, Change Activation team is made up of advisors and strategic partners that drive transformative changes and product adoption across ServiceNow and our customers. The Digital Technology (DTX) team creates products and services that make our employees world work, and Change Activation brings those to life.
In this role you will conduct impact, stakeholder, and/or organization analyses to determine the programโs scope and receptivity. You will also develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption of key products and improve employee experience across ServiceNow. Develop executive and strategic communications including presentations, and work closely with business leads, product managers, enablement, and communications teams to drive a cohesive approach for change and adoption across platforms.
