Director, Payment Operations

This role involves shaping and scaling Nextech’s financial services portfolio. It requires owning the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of core payment processing operations, embedded financing solutions, and new financial product initiatives. The Director will lead the Payments Operations team managing payment processing and embedded financing products, developing scalable, efficient operational processes to enhance practice experience. Responsibilities include mitigating emerging risks, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to optimize performance and accelerate product delivery. The ideal candidate will build and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and leadership growth. They will identify long-term growth strategies for financial services and business solutions, evaluate new market opportunities, and drive product initiatives. Experience in partnership evaluation, commercial negotiations, and ongoing partner management is essential.
