About the Role:
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.
- Implement FBT, CBT-E, and other treatments for patients across the lifespan.
- Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing training.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy and maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and use EMR for messaging.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Texas.
- Passion for evidence-based care and ability to work evenings.
- Experience with eating disorder treatment preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range $71,000-$92,000 with bonus potential.
- Flex PTO recommended 3-5 weeks, plus 11 paid holidays.
