- Be the expert on named account user experiences using direct interviews, data analysis, and research.
- Advocate for user interests with business, design, and engineering teams.
Product Design & Delivery:

- Own the product roadmap, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate with Design and Engineering for timely delivery.
Business Strategy & Collaboration:

- Partner with leadership on product investments and support sales, marketing, and strategic accounts.
