Technical Platform Owner

About the Role:

• Sitting at the heart of Platform Engineering, you'll own the coordination layer between product teams and five engineering domains.
• You'll bring structure and clarity to a rapidly scaling environment, ensuring work is properly defined and prioritized.
• Acting as a bridge, you'll help platform teams move quickly without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Acting as the primary intake point for platform requests, running requirements workshops to turn goals into scoped initiatives.
• Owning sprint planning, backlog refinement, and quarterly planning across multiple squads.
• Collaborating with engineers to shape work items with technical depth and acceptance criteria.
