Director, Collections and Payments Remote Operations

Collections & Payments Director is needed to lead Braviant’s collections and payments functions in a fast-paced Fintech environment. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative multi-channel strategies to maximize recovery, enhance the customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role will oversee the end-to-end collections lifecycle—from early delinquency through charge-off and recovery—while leveraging technology, the collection contact center, external partner capabilities/tool-sets, and analytics to optimize performance. This role will also strategize and oversee the Company’s payments operations including transaction processing and partner relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, tech-driven collections strategies, overseeing and refining all collections processes, collaborating with various teams to improve collections and payments-related processes, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Fintech-relevant regulations. Position furthermore entails managing relationships with external collection agencies and vendors, coaching collections agents, developing metrics/KPI’s, and staying updated on Fintech industry trends. The candidate should exercise sound judgment in issue handling, assess risk, and maintain operational readiness.
