Collections & Payments Director is needed to lead Braviant’s collections and payments functions in a fast-paced Fintech environment. This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative multi-channel strategies to maximize recovery, enhance the customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role will oversee the end-to-end collections lifecycle.

Guide clients through the loan process from first contact to settlement, supported by a collaborative team. You will act as the point of contact for our clients, support Senior Mortgage Brokers with loan applications, and research lender policy and liaise with BDMs. Prepare Preliminary Assessments, handle serviceability calculators, and ensure compliance. Oversee loan tracking through to settlement and build and maintain relationships with clients, BDMs, and conveyancers.
