Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features across the Champion platform repositories.
- Improve developer experience with tooling, scaffolding, and documentation.
- Support Applied AI engineers in building and deploying Champions correctly.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in async Python, Pydantic, type hints, and FastAPI.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and prompt engineering for production.
- Comfortable with Docker, PostgreSQL, and trunk-based development.
Engineering Practices:
- Follow trunk-based development with PR-gated merges to main.
- Write tests before implementing (TDD expected).
- Use conventional commit format and keep PRs small and focused.
