Technical Skills:
- Provide technical expertise and strategic input for complex restoration projects.
- Oversee production of conceptual plans, construction plan sets, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Provide construction support and observation services.
Leadership:
- Supervise, manage, and mentor engineering staff; ensure work quality and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Foster collaboration within an interdisciplinary team and assist with strategic planning.
- Oversee project managers and design staff to meet project goals.
Management:
- Develop project work plans, scopes of work, and schedule monitoring.
- Manage project budgets and invoicing.
- Collaborate with VP of Finance, CEO, and Director of Project Delivery to deploy resources productively.
Business Development:
- Develop regional recognition through networking and conferences.
- Advise clients on project issues and lead proposal efforts.
- Partner across WRA teams to assist on multi-disciplinary project pursuits.
