Manager, IT Business Applications

Responsible for the day-to-day management of Shure’s Salesforce.com platform. Oversee and guide a team of Salesforce business analysts, ensuring projects and enhancements are aligned with business goals and requirements are met. Leverage knowledge and expertise integrating Salesforce with ERP and other applications. Partner with business and IT peers globally to understand and solve complex problems with sustainable, resilient, and supportable solutions. Work with business colleagues to build technology enablement roadmaps including timelines and budget. Provide technical leadership and guidance for new software selection including request for proposal, review, and evaluation of commercial software solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations and facilitates open communication channels.
