Job Description
The Solution Architect will lead overall Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud solution design and implementation, developing high-level solution architecture and detailed design documents. Participate in key meetings with clients including discovery workshops, requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Evaluate client’s business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, business process and business requirement documents. Work collaboratively with all Thunder project members to design solutions that meet business requirements, and in the preparation and delivery of project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include developing user stories, configuration within Salesforce, and collaborating with developers to test solutions.
