Client Delivery Lead

Role Overview:

• Lead client delivery for a tech domain (billing, finance, comms) on European projects.
• Manage relationships with client product owners and business owners.
• Support long-term migration projects onto the Kraken platform.

Responsibilities:

• Be the knowledge base of Kraken's platform and delivery approach.
• Summarise client needs and timelines for internal development teams.
• Escalate and resolve domain-specific issues with clients.

Requirements:

• Strong client delivery or product ownership experience with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and German; consulting or utility market experience is a plus.
