Corporate Development Senior Analyst

This role will create meaningful business impact by helping shape the course of the company’s future growth. As a Senior Analyst, you will closely participate in M&A and BD transactions and will have day-to-day responsibilities across a number of activities including opportunity evaluation, financial analysis, deal execution and related project management. You will be part of a dynamic team which works across the entire organization and has high visibility with Senior Management. Help drive various Corporate Development efforts by providing high quality business and market insights to help inform decision making. Lead advanced financial modeling and analysis of potential targets including valuation, financial statement analysis and discounted cash flow analysis. Support and at times lead various aspects of the transaction process. Prepare in-depth analyses on industry segments, key trends and competitive dynamics.
