Job Description

We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join Rula’s IT Service Desk. In this role, you’ll support our team by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and keeping our IT knowledge base up to date. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to maintain a secure, efficient, and reliable tech environment that helps drive our mission forward. The role requires 2+ years of related professional experience serving in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role providing technical support in an enterprise IT environment. Experience supporting Apple macOS and ability to create and maintain team and customer-facing process documentation are needed. Basic understanding of Security best practices, including access control and data protection is a plus.
