Job Description

As an Intern in the Customer Health Assurance (CHA) Team, you’ll work at the intersection of customer health, operations, and data analysis, helping drive ServiceNow’s mission to ensure customer value realisation and long-term retention. You’ll support the EMEA Customer Health Geo Lead and regional Major Area Leaders with operational, analytical, and project management activities that keep the business running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a Master’s Degree student who wants hands-on experience in customer health strategy, operational excellence, and executive-level program management within a leading SaaS company. Support the EMEA Customer Health Assurance Geo Leader on operational and administrative activities, including program updates, progress tracking, and internal reporting.
