About the job:
- Scale Twilio's core identity platform delivering secure, developer-first identity experiences.
- Build products for authentication, authorization, and emerging agentic and non-human identity use cases.
- Operate like a startup within Twilio with high ownership and startup speed.
Responsibilities:
- Design product capabilities for identity, building new products for human and agentic identity use cases.
- Partner with engineering and design to bring ideas to life through PRFAQs and product requirement docs.
- Collaborate across Twilio teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management or 2+ years in PM with 3+ years in engineering.
- Experience building deeply technical products or developer-focused products.
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
