About the Role:
- Lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager.
- Shape a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and AI capabilities.
- Report to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager.
What you can expect:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for platform modernization.
- Lead discovery with customers and internal partners to identify impactful problems.
- Define success metrics and work with analytics to measure reliability and outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and platform architecture.
- Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across cross-functional teams.
