Role Overview:

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for the North America sales leadership, steering a $150M annual turnover organization.
  • Provide strategic advice and transparency to sales leaders and senior management, fostering a culture of speed and performance.
  • Drive business decisions and sales strategy through financial insights and partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and support business decisions, interpreting regional sales performance versus market and competitors.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage financial results and resources, including sales, margin, costs, and working capital.
  • Develop and implement KPIs, management reporting processes, and price authorization concepts across the region.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires 8+ years as a finance business partner in sales-oriented environments, with a bachelor's degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must have strong leadership in international contexts, proficiency in controlling processes and Excel, and ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings, working independently and in teams with a continuous improvement mindset and intercultural skills.
