Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate analytical throughput across the team by translating direction from Head of Pricing into clear workplans.
- Review all NA Insurance pricing analyses, monitoring inputs, and program deliverables before they reach the Head of Pricing.
- Ensure consistent methodology and standards are applied across all programs.
Skills and Abilities:
- FCAS credential.
- Demonstrated ability to review, critique and elevate actuarial analyses.
- Coaching orientation: patient, direct, and genuinely invested in others’ analytical maturity and judgement.
