Job Description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications for either/both Ferrellgas and Blue Rhino customers. The incumbent will work with both internal and external customers to ensure a high-quality customer service experience and strive to foster growth. In this role you get the opportunity to ensure the talent you bring is recognized by the customer you are assisting, and the company at large. Our Remote Customer Service Specialists must be willing and able to report to their local office as needed, dependent on business need. Answers a high-volume of inbound customer calls. Assists customers with the sign-up process for our propane vending machine program. Guides customers through the customer onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Addresses customer inquiries and resolves any issues related to the vending program. Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
