Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed material and quantity takeoffs for structural metal fabrication projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope.
- Prepare accurate bids, estimates, and pricing proposals.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of structural fabrication estimating experience.
- Strong experience with takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost estimation.
- Background in structural steel, custom metal fabrication, or related heavy fabrication.
