Key Responsibilities:

Perform complete estimating workflows for Division 5 steel and metals projects.
Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs from commercial and industrial plans, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, including material, labor, and installation costs.

Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented and highly accurate, with 3+ years of dedicated estimating experience.
Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel, with strong knowledge of steel installation and field assembly.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of estimates during EST business hours.
