Head of Engineering, Obesity

Role Responsibilities:

• Accountable for engineering delivery within the obesity product area, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Lead the obesity engineering team, including hiring, coaching, and establishing clear expectations for performance and ownership.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical to shape solutions early, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven engineering leadership experience in a product-led, high-growth environment, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Technical depth in at least one core domain with the ability to make sound architectural and delivery decisions.
• Experience operating within regulated environments, understanding how compliance impacts engineering design and delivery.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Clinical, Design, and Commercial stakeholders.
