About the Role:
- Tebra is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Patient Experience portfolio, helping independent healthcare practices connect with patients and reduce administrative work.
- You will own product strategy and execution, turn customer needs into clear priorities, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch.
Your Area of Focus:
- Define and design features on core products, drive Message Center forward, and partner with Engineering, Legal, and Operations on A2P messaging compliance.
- Identify where AI and automation can reduce effort, perform market research, and collaborate cross-functionally to design features for Tebra’s platform.
Your Professional Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of product experience with software applications, including hands-on use of generative AI in product work.
- Proven track record as a product manager at a successful B2B SaaS business with agile experience and the ability to structure complex initiatives.
