Job Description
Act as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product & Technology Officer and the Vice President, Corporate Development, ensuring the smooth running of day to day demands and activities. Responsibilities include the day-to-day administration and management of all areas of executive support, scheduling meetings, 1:1s, speaking engagements and client meetings, and managing travel and expense reports. Additionally, assist in preparing presentations, itineraries, coordinating logistics, and working with the Board of Directors to schedule meetings, interacting regularly with the Vista EA’s. The role requires liaising daily with all areas of the business while interacting with all other C-level Executives to help facilitate key projects and meetings, as well as regular coordination with our private equity investors on various matters.
