Job Description
As a Tech Leader, you will establish management standards and relieve our team through professional control, without hands-on implementation. Key responsibilities include strategic IT management focusing on AI/ML, robust process establishment (project management, QA, governance), and people management through operational task delegation to the IT team.
Ensuring compliance, developing/executing the IT roadmap in alignment with corporate goals, prioritizing and implementing growth initiatives are critical. You will oversee project portfolios using standardized PM methodologies with KPI reporting, enforce quality standards for test protocols, design reviews, and documentation. Escalation and vendor management are also key, to include issue resolution and maintenance contract renegotiation.
