Relocation Consultant II

In this role, you will review and explain client relocation policies and procedures to transferees, manage policy components, and handle policy exceptions as directed by the client. You will coordinate services and benefits, including temporary living, home marketing, BVO, GBO mortgage resources, home purchase, rental assistance, expense management, and household goods movement. You'll work with the Team Lead, internal and external service providers, and client contacts, monitoring progress and ensuring transferee satisfaction, while also mentoring Level 1 Relocation Consultants. Maintaining accurate files and providing high-quality customer service are essential aspects of this position, as is representing CapRelo professionally at all times.
