Staff Engineer – Ops Cloud Platform - Ruby on Rails (Remote)

The Web Evolution team is a high-impact group within the Ops Cloud Platform organization, chartered to lead this transformation and empower teams to confidently own and evolve their domains.

As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as the organization’s foremost expert in Ruby on Rails, bringing the latest best practices, patterns, and innovations to our core web platform. You will also define and drive the technical architecture for our web platform, focusing on modularity, scalability, and maintainability using modern Rails patterns and tools. This involves identifying opportunities to evolve our platform architecture, leveraging the latest Rails features, gems, and community standards to improve developer experience and system performance.
