Job Description

This role will be central to managing and executing impactful community marketing programs and supporting growth initiatives aimed at increasing engagement and adoption. Community Marketing/Low Touch Programs: Develop and manage low-touch programs for smaller users and self-serve customers. Facilitate the capture of authentic, high-trust narratives that drive word-of-mouth marketing and enhance discoverability. Implement strategies that enable long-tail users to advocate for TigerData without requiring high-touch investment. Monitor and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness, adapt strategies as needed, and report results to relevant stakeholders. Program Management: Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables. Own the creation, documentation, and dissemination of program requirements, roadmaps, and key success indicators. Lead project planning sessions, define workstreams, identify potential risks, and manage dependencies. Act as a key point of connection between teams to facilitate efficient workflows and resolve any obstacles.
