Job Description
Campaign Execution:
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns across CRM platforms.
- Ensure segmentation accuracy and proper quality assurance.
- Implement effective A/B testing strategies.
Lifecycle Management:
- Design automated lifecycle journeys for onboarding, reactivation, and loyalty programs.
- Translate lifecycle strategy into automated flows using triggers and conditional logic.
- Optimize campaigns using data to drive engagement and revenue.
Data & Analytics:
- Manage data and audience segmentation to support personalization and targeting.
- Monitor performance metrics like deliverability and engagement rates.
- Derive insights from campaign data to optimize email strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
- Ensure cohesive execution and continuous refinement of lifecycle initiatives.
- Champion email best practices including deliverability, compliance, and creative optimization.
