Job Description

Campaign Execution:

  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns across CRM platforms.
  • Ensure segmentation accuracy and proper quality assurance.
  • Implement effective A/B testing strategies.

Lifecycle Management:

  • Design automated lifecycle journeys for onboarding, reactivation, and loyalty programs.
  • Translate lifecycle strategy into automated flows using triggers and conditional logic.
  • Optimize campaigns using data to drive engagement and revenue.

Data & Analytics:

  • Manage data and audience segmentation to support personalization and targeting.
  • Monitor performance metrics like deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Derive insights from campaign data to optimize email strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Ensure cohesive execution and continuous refinement of lifecycle initiatives.
  • Champion email best practices including deliverability, compliance, and creative optimization.
