• Create and execute custom recruitment plans for M3 Experts projects, qualitative, and quantitative market research.
• Manage expert and respondent-facing recruitment tasks to increase consultations and market research completes.
• Utilize language capabilities to expand the supply of Portuguese/Spanish-speaking experts in Brazil and LATAM, but also globally.

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple open roles. Review and screen candidates using resumes, pre-screening questions, and job boards. Conduct initial interviews via video calls to evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
