Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as therapy provider for patients with serious mental illness, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Lead clinical risk stratification with validated assessments and adjust treatment plans based on member readiness.
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health Support Specialists and handle crisis management and escalation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington DOH independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Two or more years of direct experience with adults in behavioral health, with severe mental illness experience preferred.
