Naylor is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst IV – FP&A to play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization. In this high-impact position, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, drive budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects that directly influence company strategy. The role involves assisting the SVP-Finance and CFO with reviewing financial results. You will design and maintain financial reporting tools to improve efficiency, prepare presentations, and develop benchmarking analyses. You will also coordinate team calendars, assist in corporate-wide initiatives, and provide quality control for analysis. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and experience with accounting systems and reporting tools; experience with Salesforce preferred.
