Job Description

In this role, you will be the expert on our users and the market and use these insights to develop, launch, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. A key aspect includes acting as the user's champion, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure our product roadmap meets their requirements. You will lead comprehensive market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy, messaging, and marketing campaigns; develop compelling marketing campaigns including marketing strategy, core messaging, and creative assets for multi-channel campaigns. You will also define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams, you’ll evaluate and prioritize product and feature improvements that better meet user needs, ensuring product readiness for launch and effectively communicating new developments to our user base.
