Pricing, Packaging, and Commercialisation Senior Manager

The Pricing, Packaging, and Commercialisation Senior Manager role at Xero offers the opportunity to strengthen the company's commercial, packaging, and pricing capabilities. Reporting to the SVP of Pricing, Packaging, and Commercialisation Strategy, you will have dual roles, leading pricing and packaging strategy for the US and assisting on pricing of payments globally. You'll collaborate with U.S. Leadership, the Global Pricing and Packaging team, Payments Leadership, Finance, and product commercial roles. You will analyze commercial, packaging, and pricing insights, set commercialization strategy, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive alignment. You will work with Product and Customer teams to bring new propositions to market, focusing on key commercial outcomes, and ensure Xero optimizes its portfolio of propositions, delivering on revenue, profitability, and ARPU targets.
