Job Description
Use your expertise in paid search and paid social to develop and execute strategies that drive high-quality inbound traffic and pipeline. Build and manage our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbook to drive engagement with target accounts, including personalized advertising, content syndication, and retargeting. Analyze performance data and market trends to identify new opportunities for scaling paid ads and optimizing budget allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Product) to design and run A/B tests on campaign creatives, landing pages, and messaging. Own and orchestrate the entire marketing tech stack to power marketing workflows and drive results. Expertise in the following tools are required: GA4, HubSpot, major Ad Platforms, and other AI-driven tools. Technical ability to assess and implement new tools is a must-have for this role. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the executive team.
