Job Description
Keller Postman seeks a Discovery Attorney to support its practice. The Discovery Attorney will perform tasks in a demanding environment, executed with a high level of attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
Review requests for production and follow the case document review protocol to identify relevant data. Review and categorize documents in opposing party productions. Review documents for personally identifiable information and other sensitive information to redact prior to production. Create logs of documents summarizing the content for attorney review. Conduct privilege reviews, use document review platforms, conduct factual and legal research. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Experience with documents related to complex litigation cases, Relativity or similar document review platforms, the full lifecycle of discovery including information governance, data preservation, and collection. Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”), electronic data processing, analytical tools. Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of assigned cases, excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, maintain confidentiality, multi-task, and work independently, Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
