Head of Strategic Engagement

Synapticure is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Strategic Engagement to lead the development of impactful relationships and patient engagement strategies that fuel the company’s growth and mission. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this leader will manage the Engagement and Outreach and Marketing functions and act as a connector between external partners, internal teams, and our patient community. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage key partnerships with healthcare systems, payers, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders. You will also own the patient engagement lifecycle, from top-of-funnel awareness and conversion to long-term retention and satisfaction. Your work will shape how patients discover and experience Synapticure’s services and how we present our brand to the broader healthcare ecosystem.
