Infusion Educator Lead

Sobi is seeking a strategic, experienced, and passionate Infusion Educator Lead (IEL) to develop and oversee the national infusion educator strategy for the launch of a groundbreaking biologic therapy for uncontrolled gout. Reporting to the National Field Director, this critical role focuses on establishing and leading a team of infusion educators, creating educational frameworks, refining training resources, and collaborating with outsourced partners to ensure end-user education in support of safe and effective biologic administration across various site-of-care settings. The IEL will serve as the strategic lead and liaison for the infusion educator team, ensuring alignment with cross-functional commercial teams and focusing on measurable outcomes related to stakeholder engagement, clinical excellence, and customer experience.
