Managing Director, Events

As the Managing Director, Events, you will lead strategic event management in support of a cohort-wide fundraising team. This position involves overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse portfolio of fundraising events and communication strategies, with the goal of driving revenue, engaging supporters, and advancing our mission. You will also collaborate with the Frontline Fundraising team to develop strategic donor-facing communications, maintain donor information in SalesForce, and steward team and organizational initiatives. A key aspect of the role is partnering with Executive Directors, the VP, Field Fundraising, and field fundraising teams to design and execute strategic fundraising and cultivation events annually, aiming to maximize revenue. This role requires occasional weekend or evening work hours and the ability to travel to lead regional events.
