SOX Compliance Consultant

The Role:

• Seeking a highly motivated SOX Compliance Consultant to join the growing Audit & Advisory Practice.
• The role involves partnering with CFOs, Controllers, and external auditors to design and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SOX 404 compliance activities including planning, walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing.
• Document and maintain process narratives, flowcharts, and risk control matrices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and track remediation efforts.
