Associate Director, Social Media

Overview:

• Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive, responsible for strategic excellence and team development.
• You have the opportunity to shape both our product and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists, setting goals and ensuring best practices.
• Break down barriers and support strategists in earning client approval for campaigns.
• Build accountability and structure, empowering the team with clear communication and expectation setting.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency (B2B bonus) and 2+ years people management.
• Deep expertise in paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta) and understanding of various ad units.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts and ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics.
